How we work

A phased approach that reduces risk and ensures traceability at every stage.

At REIDITE Electronics we apply a phased methodology that allows us to control technical and economic risk at each stage of the project. Each phase includes review milestones, traceable documentation and clear acceptance criteria, so that the client can make decisions with the necessary information before moving to the next stage. This approach is particularly valuable in industrial, aerospace and defence electronics projects, where traceability and regulatory compliance are fundamental requirements.

Definition and architecture

Requirements, specifications and platform choice (SoM, MCU, FPGA).

In this phase we define the product's functional, environmental and regulatory requirements, define the hardware architecture (selection of SoM, MCU, FPGA or combinations) and establish the project plan. The outcome is a specification document and a phased plan that forms the basis for subsequent design and validation.

Design and prototype

Schematic, PCB, initial firmware and first validation units.

We develop the schematic, PCB layout, initial firmware and build the first prototype units for validation. We work with professional tools and design standards that facilitate series manufacturing and assembly.

Validation and testing

Functional, thermal, EMC and preparation for certifications.

We carry out functional, thermal and EMC testing according to the application area, and prepare the documentation and tests required for certifications (CE, sector-specific, etc.). Validation allows deviations to be identified and corrected before moving to production.

Industrialisation

Documentation, DFM, series production and support.

We prepare manufacturing documentation (DFM), supply chain management and support for series production. We provide support for transfer to manufacturers and for product maintenance throughout its lifecycle.
