Identification of business opportunities, development of relationships with industrial clients and market expansion for embedded electronics products.
About the role
We are looking for a Business Development professional to drive the commercial growth of REIDITE Electronics. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, building relationships with industrial clients and defining commercial strategies for our embedded electronics products (SoM, carrier boards and custom solutions).
Responsibilities
- Identification and acquisition of new clients in industrial sectors (automation, defense, energy, transportation)
- Development and management of long-term business relationships
- Market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Preparation of commercial and technical proposals in collaboration with the engineering team
- Contract and supply agreement negotiation
- Representing REIDITE at trade shows, events and conferences in the electronics sector
- Defining pricing strategy and product positioning
- Tracking commercial KPIs and reporting to management
- Coordination with the marketing team for campaigns and commercial materials
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or technical sales in the electronics/industrial sector
- Knowledge of the electronic components and embedded systems market
- Technical communication skills: understanding customer needs and translating them to the engineering team
- Negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Willingness to travel (national and international)
- Professional English (spoken and written)
- CRM and commercial management tools proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience selling embedded electronics products (SoM, SBC, FPGA)
- Contact network in European industrial sectors
- Technical knowledge of electronic hardware
- Experience in defense or aerospace markets
- Second European language (French, German, Italian)
